When I created this blog nearly a year ago, its purpose was to serve as a medium for my own creation, The Information Crusade. The recent controversy surrounding Geert Wilders' film, Fitna has prompted me to rethink that purpose. Network Solutions agreed to host the film and then backed out with no credible explanation. LiveLeak hosted it for less than 24 hours and then removed it citing "serious threats" to its employees. The real significance of Fitna lies not in its content, but in what its publication has revealed. The Islamic assault on free speech is growing bolder and more intrusive by the day. Enough is enough.
